Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 July 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid TradeLock subscriptions processed through our website (Stripe checkout) or as otherwise stated at purchase. Contact: support@tradeily.com.

App Store / Google Play purchases (if offered) are also subject to Apple’s or Google’s refund rules for those stores.

2. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not usually refund the current period already paid.
  • You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you paid for.

3. Cooling-off (UK / EU consumers)

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right for distance contracts. Where digital services begin during that period with your express request and acknowledgment, your right to cancel for a refund may be limited or lost once performance has begun, as disclosed at checkout.

4. What we generally do not refund

Because TradeLock is a digital discipline tool whose value includes immediate access and lock capability, we generally do not refund for:

  • change of mind after the cooling-off rules (if any) no longer apply;
  • unused days in a billing period after you cancel mid-cycle;
  • trading losses, missed trades, or dissatisfaction with lock outcomes;
  • failure to configure locks, permissions, or OS settings correctly;
  • device or OS limitations outside our control.

5. When we may refund

We may issue a refund or credit at our discretion where:

  • there was a clear double charge or billing error attributable to us;
  • the Service was unavailable for a sustained period due to our fault and Pro features could not be used; or
  • required by applicable law.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@tradeily.com with your account email, approximate purchase date, and reason. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

7. No trading liability

Refunds (or denials of refunds) do not create any admission of liability for trading losses or missed market opportunities. See our Terms of Service.
